Also upon initial start-up, idle may bounce a little up until bike reaches normal operating temp (160+), after that it idles perfect. This was after the ECU got flashed by SBK, they told me that some flashes will cause a "bouncy idle" and that its normal on all 07-08 R1s. Also installed is a USB 12v plug for your phone or anything you might want charging as you ride. (next to the speedo). I also installed a rear shock off a 2010 R1 (which are better)
